“I am the key symbolic sensory organ. I represent truth, light, alertness, Cleverness and morality. I like carotenoid rich foods like carrot, spinach, papaya, mangoes, watermelon and sweet potato. Regularly practicing Surya Namaskar at sunrise makes me strong. Also practicing yogasanas like Halasana, Sarvangasana and chakrasana makes me strong. I become weak if exposed to too much of mobile, laptops and TV screens.”
