PRANA ?

The Sanskrit word prana was initially sourced in the 3,000 age-old Chandogya Upanishad text and was more described in later holy scriptures. Prana means “life force energy”, “vital energy,” “breath of life,” and “spirit-energy”. The beginning of all life, of the natural world, is the life force energy called as prana. Prana is unseen,it is intangible and it can be experienced as the energy that flows through our bodies.

Prana can be parted into vital parts called Vayus (winds). These five Vayus have very well defined spirited characters, functions and directions of flow. These five currents of vital force are Prana-Vayu, Apana-Vayu, Samana-Vayu, Udana-Vayu, and Vyana-Vayu.

Prana is the origin of all action in the body. It balances all of our deliberate and unconscious physical task like our breath, ingestion, circulation, expulsion and recovering. The movement of prana give out its power through the body based on the attribute and space of the nadis energy channels and the chakras power centers.
